Thinking of signing up to Cheshire East’s Switch Together? Please read this first.

We know some of you have received the latest "Switch Together" information packs. It’s being promoted by Cheshire East Council, so it looks official, but there are a few things you should know before jumping in:

• It’s a group-buying scheme run by a third party — your enquiry gets sold to the lowest bidder from anywhere in the UK. You won’t know who’s installing your system until after you’ve signed up.

• The Council isn’t responsible if anything goes wrong. They're simply promoting the scheme because they receive a contribution for each completed job.

• You’ll pay £150 just to get a quote. Meanwhile, trusted local installers (like us) will visit your home, assess your needs, and give you a full quote — completely free.

🔋 Battery storage is becoming an increasingly popular addition to solar systems across the UK.

By storing excess energy generated during the day, homeowners can use more of their own electricity and gain greater control over how and when it’s used.
