Just a reminder that LM Appliances will be closing from 3pm on Tuesday 8th September while Liam and Hannah enjoy some well earned family time.

We’ll be back to normal from 9am on Monday 21st September.

🏖️ WE’RE OFF ON HOLIDAY! 🏖️

After a busy year, some of the LM Appliances team are taking some well-earned time off to enjoy a family holiday! ☀️💙

Liam (our main man) and Hannah (the brains of the office) will be away on holiday together with their families, so we’ll be closing from 3pm on Tuesday 8th September and will be back to normal from 9am on Monday 21st September.

But don’t worry - Michael will be keeping an eye on things! 👀🔧

📞 Our phone will be switched off while Liam and Hannah are away and will go straight to voicemail. If your enquiry isn’t urgent, please feel free to leave us a voicemail and we’ll pick it up when we return.

📱 WhatsApp will be monitored daily on 07888850031 by Michael so you can still send us a message while we’re away.

🔧 Michael will be available to book and carry out specific jobs that he is trained to undertake, so some work can still go ahead during the holiday period.

We've had a few messages from people saying they've had payment reminders when they have in fact paid... if this has happened to you please dont panic. Hannah is still away on holiday so the payments just havent been allocated to invoices yet. This will all correct itself when she returns to work 😊

🎉 SCHOOL’S OUT FOR SUMMER! ☀️

That’s our girls officially finished school for the summer holidays! 💛

Please bear with us over the next few weeks as we’ll be working reduced hours so we can also enjoy some quality family time. We’ll still be doing our very best to get your appliance repairs booked in as soon as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

We have noticed that a number of invoices are still outstanding past their due date, and we would really appreciate if these could be settled as soon as possible 😔

As a small family run business, we try very hard to keep things fair, flexible, and human. We have never wanted to move towards taking payments up front unless an appliance is ordered, because that simply is not the way we want to work with our customers. We have always tried to show understanding wherever we can 💙

That said, when invoices are left unpaid it does have a real impact on us. Our office team are spending far too much time chasing overdue payments, time that should be spent supporting customers and keeping the business running smoothly ⚠️

If this continues, we will sadly have to review and change our terms and conditions, which is something we really do not want to do.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support, it genuinely means a lot to us 🙏
