Mental Health awareness week is next week, and as someone who has struggled in the past, there are certain things that I know help me. Going for walks along the beach is like hitting the reset button. It was quite windy today, so blew away the cobwebs!

One of my favourite days of the year STAR WARS day!! So, I have to ask, which is your favourite Star Wars movie? It is a tough one! For me it is probably one of the original 3, but can't choose just one!!

What an amazing meeting today! We may be a small group just now, but wow we pack a punch!!

Fabulous Business Development Training from Sorelle Henricus about The Power of Your Voice: Building a Tone That Shapes Your Brand. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and embraced the different brand tones - Such fun!

Our Network Strategy Training was around asking questions in a 121 and there were some really good take aways from that as well.

I don't know about you Mia Preston, Nikie Preston, Emma Mills & Sorelle Henricus, but I was buzzing afterwards!

I normally hate going shopping, but today was a lovely drive the shops and the view is amazing, makes me so grateful for living in NE Scotland, especially by the coast. (The shopping was still boring, bit at least I was in a great mood when we went in!)
