Nails
Manicure 30 mins Includes, soak, file, removal of cuticle, buffing of nail, application of polish and or protein and cuticle oil
Luxury Manicure 60 mins A file and shape of the nail is followed by cuticle removal followed by a deep cleansing and nourishing exfoliator before applying a mask of the hand and wrist area. Using hot towels to remove any mask the hand and lower arm is massaged using the skin appropriate moisturisers before the nail is buffed and polished. Pedicure 30 mins Includes a foot soak, cuticle oil, file and or cutting of nail, cuticle removal, foot filing, foot scrub, buffing of nail, application of polish and or protein and cuticle oil. Any unsightly cuticle’s are removed and pushed back before removing dead skin with a foot file followed by nourishing scrub. A mask is applied to thoroughly hydrate and remove any further impurities. The mask is gently removed using hot towels before a relaxing massage of the foot and lower leg. The nails are buffed and prepared for the polish application. Paraffin Wax Treatments

Physicians, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists and Arthritis specialists have recommended Paraffin Wax therapy for numerous years. It is one of the most effective ways of applying heat to reduce the swelling in muscles, decrease inflammation of joints and connective tissues, soothe the pain from arthritis and improve circulation. This treatment is particularly popular in the winter when people who experience seasonal dry skin, cracked heels and hands. It is also beneficial for painful arthritic joints of the feet, hands, back, neck and shoulders and also deeply cleansing and detoxifying. Hands & Feet are thoroughly covered in the paraffin wax, when the paraffin wax sets the hands and/or feet are placed in single use socks or gloves and then into special mittens or booties to retain the warmth and intensify the moisturisation process. After 15 minutes the paraffin is removed and the procedure is completed with a light massage and the application of a rich moisturising cream. The procedure (for Back, Neck & Shoulders)
Your back, neck and shoulders are covered with a thick coating of the paraffin wax and covered with a plastic wrap. Your body is then covered with a blanket to retain the heat.
