As a CBL ACP partner, Blé Global contributed to the Ethiopia Benelux Business Forum in Brussels.

Blessing Enakimio chaired two strategic panels and facilitated an exclusive CEO Roundtable on cross-border growth, trade and performance readiness.

The focus was on how leaders move cross-border opportunity from conversation to ex*****on. Across the forum, we examined the structure required to make growth work across borders: capability, connectivity, governance, accountability, partners and delivery.

In the energy sector, growth is often aggressive. Deals complete, assets are brought together, and expectations for the new entity move quickly.
But as the business scales, the risk moves from the transaction into the organisation expected to deliver the value.

We are pleased to have contributed to SKILLS 26, led by the Kent & Medway Local Skills Improvement Plan.

Dr Blessing Enakimio spoke on two seminar sessions focused on productivity, leadership and the future of work. Across both discussions, one theme stood out: improving performance goes beyond skills, it is about how work is structured. Organisations do not struggle because people lack capability. They struggle because work, roles and accountability are not clearly defined to support delivery.

As Kent businesses continue to navigate growth and complexity, the focus must shift from developing individuals in isolation to ensuring organisations are structured to perform.
