Project Update 🚧🏗 Since our last update for this project, progress has been made with all but two of the plots receiving roof finishes, and we are starting to see windows brought to site and installed to make the plots weathertight. Mechanical and Electrical first fix has begun in most plots, and once all plots are weathertight, we will then see various finishing trades undertaking works such painting and decorating, fitting internal doors, skirtings and architraves, laying floor finishes, sanitaryware fit out, kitchen fit out and 2nd fix mechanical and electrical. Section 278 works will start early October, and the hard and soft landscaping on site will follow.

We are happy to announce that we’ve been appointed as and for New England, Barking. The project involves the complete reconfiguration of three existing industrial units and the design and construction of one new industrial unit and associated external works, including improvement to the local river wall. The reconfiguration scope will involve the overhaul of roof and facades with a new cladding array, increasing and improving office space, warehouse extension and excellent service provisions throughout. The external works will involve additional service yard space, surface and foul water provisions, utility improvements via service corridor and open-space allocation.

Project Update 🚧👷🏼

Works continue to progress at a great pace on this project in Pembury, with the site really starting to take shape as external walls fly up above ground.

Brickwork for the Apartment block (Units 1-6), Plot 7 coach house, and detached Plots 18 & 19 are now up to first-floor level. Plot 8,9,10 terraced houses external walls are up to first lift with, with the same being said for Plots 15, 16 & 17. Foundations have been poured for Plot 11 & 12 semi-detached houses, but no more progress has been made whilst the waterproofing design is finalised for the retaining wall and slab to the lower ground floor. Semi-detached Plots 13 & 14 have progressed with brickwork up to Damp Proof Course and the Beam & Block floor is also installed. Over the next working period, we should see first-floor joists being installed to most Plots, completion of site retaining walls, external walls continuing to push on at second-floor level, and the possibility of some roof trusses being lifted into place.

🚧 Project Update: Clean Workspace. Clean Mind. Following the installation of the base course and a general clean at our site in the heart of Lewisham it has really brought the project together. Plot 3 has been snagged and amended accordingly with Plots 2 and 4 to follow in the next couple of weeks. Plot 1 although being slightly behind other plots are looking great! Tape and jointed with mist coat complete, with all finishes booked in on varying dates throughout the remaining weeks of February it will be in a position to snag at the end of the month. It’s really great to see this project come together after a lot of hard work from all parties during periods of difficulty over these past years as we all know.

🚧 Project Commencement

Unit 29 & 30 Beckton Gemini- The design and construction of two unique industrial units providing circa 40,000 sqft of prime commercial space. Primary works will begin on 14th February 2022, whereby cut and fill operations will commence, accompanied by CMC piling to create a working platform for the er****on of the superstructure and adequate service yard space.

Project Commencement 🚧

After several months of an intense pre-construction period, we are happy to share that Valor Park, Mitcham, will start on site on 14th February 2022. The works involve the controlled demolition of existing units covering approximately 6 acres, making way for the design and construction of several industrial units (150,000 sqft) and extensive service yards.

🚧👷🏼 Project Update: Things have really starting to pick up at one of our great extension and refurbishment projects in Sevenoaks. Following the works to the existing roof and a complete re-tile, Ashurst House has now been completely stripped, demolition of existing garage and pool house complete, all trenches to the extensions and pool house have been excavated and works to the rear extension and front porch have begun with brickwork up to DPC. Internally, a large percentage of internal partitions to the second and first floor are installed with all blockwork infills to existing openings complete. Electrical first fix has started to the second and first floor with mechanical awaiting amended design due in the next week to commence works. Working closely alongside Kenny of Residential Creations and the client we are excited to see how the extra space and refurbished areas improves the property.

Project Update 🚧👷🏼 Completion is on the horizon for this project in Lewisham, comprising of 4 detached houses. Plot 3 will be handed over to the Client first, shortly followed by Plot 4 that is just awaiting installation of internal doors & carpets.
Plot 2 will follow next as the Contractor works their way out of the site, with anticipated completion of this Plot set for Early February. Finally Plot 1, which is starting the internal fit-out, will be finished around the 2nd or 3rd week in February.
Here we can see the rear of Plot 4, with some stunning brickwork and render banding creating this modern style home. The Plots all come with large windows and doors to maximise natural lighting, large patio areas for those summer BBQs and artificial grass to avoid dusting off the lawnmower when the weather improves.

🚧 Following is works occurred in last period:

All of the structural steelwork has been installed to facilitate the new raised upper floor and the new roof, also the side extension external walls have been erected along with the installation of windows.
