I received this very genuine-looking spam email today, around the time my car tax is actually due for renewal. There are a few tells but the easiest to spot are in the 'from' email address - the 'w' and the 'u' are not usual characters.
The links in this email will likely direct you to a site that will ask you to enter your personal details.
Please ensure you stay vigilant and always err on the side of caution. Phone the relevant authority (such as the DVLA) or go directly to their website if you're unsure if an email is genuine.
