Experienced Self-Employed LVT Floor layers Required – Kent
Allfloors is looking for experienced, reliable self-employed floor layers for ongoing work throughout Kent.
Applicants must be highly competent in installing LVT, including herringbone and other design-led layouts, with excellent setting-out and finishing skills.
Requirements:
• Proven experience installing LVT and herringbone flooring
• Excellent subfloor preparation and smoothing skills
• Ability to set out accurately from drawings and agreed datum lines
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot and overcome site or installation issues
• Consistently high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Own reliable van and full range of professional flooring tools
• Valid CSCS card
• Willingness to travel throughout Kent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual and able to meet agreed programmes and timeframes
• Good communication and a professional, positive attitude
• Respectful of customers’ homes and site requirements
• Appropriate public liability insurance and self-employed documentation
• References and photographs of previous LVT and herringbone work
Applicants must take pride in their work, communicate problems promptly and be committed to completing every installation properly and professionally.
Competitive rates are available and will be agreed according to experience and the type of work.

We are currently finding our suppliers are putting in place price increases and surcharges to cover the rising costs of raw material, fuel etc. Whilst we will always try to absorb some of these costs we currently have no choice but to implement increases across our range of products, this will be monitored every quarter. On top of this, due to the current situation, our estimates will now be valid for 30 days to offer the best deals we can to our valued customers.

We hope you all had a lovely Easter Weekend.
Unfortunately the delivery of our new Amtico Spacia boards has been delayed and at this present time we are unable to confirm a date for the installation, we do have small sample books for people to look at so please do not let this put you off visiting the showroom for your new flooring options.
Our card reader machine is also currently out of action so we are temporarily unable to take card payments instore or over the phone.
