Hi a new agency that will be starting up n 2017 are looking of someone to assist them in the agency, now this wont be paid work to start off with but as thing take off with in the agency any profits will be shared between the managing director, photographer and themselves. Ideally this person would be located nr London or even better located in kent, to up occassionly with the MD.
