Woodlands Livery Stables Woodlands Livery Stables is a small and friendly DIY yard with excellent facilities in Bearsted. Security includes electric gates, cctv and alarm system.

Privately owned DIY Livery Stables with excellent equestrian facilities. We welcome people who want to have fun with their horses and enjoy the beautiful stables and surroundings. We have extensively refurbished the stables, fencing, arena and barn to create a beautiful space for horses and owners. The facilities include 40m x 20m sand school, light and spacious stables with talk grills, back wind

ow and auto water troughs, washdown area with warm water shower, tea room with all amenities, toilet, storage, and grazing with field shelters. Owners live on site. Summer: 24/7 summer turnout. Winter: Stabled at night in winter with daytime turnout

Horses under 16hh only
Adults only
No straw or pellet bedding (shavings only)
No grass liveries

Rent is by monthly direct debit at £170pm, discounted rate for additional horses. Hay provided at an additional cost on an ad hoc basis. Shavings can be purchased and stored on premises. Horsebox and trailer parking at £25 pcm. Please PM for more details and availability.

Another great harrowing job from Chart Riding Arenas yesterday 🐴🙂 The sandschool is almost 10 years old and today it looks as good as new! Fabulous job - thank you to Lewis and the team 🙏

Woodlands Livery is a small private friendly yard in Bearsted that offers the following:

12ft x 14ft stables with auto water and rear windows
40ft x 20ft sandschool
Secure Tack Room
Storage areas
Tea Room
Toilet
Warm water washdown area
Individual or groups of 2 turnout
Summer 24/7 turnout (winter - stabled at night)
CCTV, Alarm, Electric Gates
Owners live onsite
Parking for Horsebox/Trailer from £25+ pcm
DIY Livery £170 pcm
Hay provided at extra cost
DIY ONLY - not assisted

👋 We are looking for someone to help with general yard duties at our small friendly yard located on the outskirts of Bearsted, Maidstone. We are a DIY livery but there are a few of us that need regular extra help, mornings preferably, and occasional weekend or holiday cover. Possibly 3-5 hours a week.

🐴Must be experienced with handling horses and general stable management, 3rd party insurance will be required, please.
