Last week, Business Consultant Theresa Nye from Treehouse Project Management gave such a helpful and informative pitch that she won double the time to do so today.

This week she passed that opportunity onto Daren, who next Wednesday will use the extra time to tell like-minded business people how he can help them build confidence in their business through branding.

Congratulations to Paul Greengrass for delivering a brilliant presentation this week.

He is the Director of QS Support Ltd, an independent quantity surveying and commercial consultancy based in Maidstone.

Paul has over 35 years of experience in quantity surveying and he has worked on projects both within the UK and overseas including Africa!

QS Support Ltd was established in the early 2010s and provides services including cost management, commercial support, and construction dispute/adjudication assistance.

A huge thank you to Andy Richardson – Health Coach of Triple Two Wellbeing for presenting at our recent BNI Invicta chapter meeting.

Andy shared his inspiring journey from a high-pressure corporate career into health coaching, driven by his own experience of tackling stress, weight challenges, low energy and poor sleep. His passion for helping others avoid the same struggles really came through.

Andy now supports busy professionals — particularly men in their 40s, 50s and 60s — to take control of their health, build sustainable habits and thrive both personally and professionally. His practical, realistic approach to wellbeing clearly resonated with the room.
