⚠️ New sexual harassment duties land this October — is your business ready?

New Acas research shows 41% of employers have no idea that tougher sexual harassment rules come into force this month.

The law changes from "reasonable steps" to "all reasonable steps" — one word, a much higher bar. Employers can also be held liable for harassment of staff by third parties like customers, unless they can prove they took all reasonable steps to prevent it.

A third of workplaces have never even done a sexual harassment risk assessment.
