Why am I losing Landlords?
I hear this from some agents that I have worked with.
They think it’s there fee so automatically drop it, this isn’t what landlord are looking for in an agent.
Landlords don’t leave because you’re expensive but because they feel unheard, poorly communicated with and undervalued.
Think about when was the last time you called your landlords to just check in? This habit alone helps my clients retain landlords for years.
