A busy few weeks on this one 💪🏽
Approx 250 tonnes excavated, all footings complete for both extensions and the new stone wall. Drainage and rainwater altered, 3 new water mains installed,concrete base completed for the air source relocation, plus oversite and patio bases finished.

Another project successfully completed in Bath.

This full rip-out and refurbishment included a complete insulation upgrade using Actis Hybris alongside 25 mm Celotex, finished to a high-quality plastered standard.

The works covered two dormer window bedrooms and the upstairs cloakroom/WC, followed by full second-fix carpentry throughout.

This upgrade has made a significant improvement to the comfort, efficiency, and overall usability of the upstairs living space, transforming it into a far more enjoyable environment for the homeowners.

Project Complete – Great Somerford

We’ve recently completed the structural phase of this project in Great Somerford, which involved the careful removal of the existing conservatory, temporary propping, and the installation of structural steelwork to create an opening for a stunning 4-metre set of bifold doors.

This phase sets the foundations for the next stages of the project, which will include composite cladding and the construction of a raised patio, due to be completed at a later date.

I know it’s been a long old time since our last post, but that certainly doesn’t mean we’ve been quiet.

We’re pleased to share a new project that started today, which includes two single-storey rear extensions to this property, along with a large, extended patio area re-using the original sandstone slabs, this will be fully enclosed with Cotswold stone walls 🤩

We’re looking forward to bringing this project to life and will be sharing progress updates as the works continue. Stay tuned.
