We wound up with a spare crate of Schonburger grapes post-harvest - trying some light skin-contact homebrew (ignore the labels) and Schonburger jam (look at the colour!)

And thats a wrap! 2026 done in September... who would have thought. Thanks again to our mighty volunteers who picked our remaining and the . The Seyval coming in at a mighty 88Oe and 9.5ta (for the non w**e nerds, thats amazingly ripe for September in the Cotswolds). It is off to spend some quality time fermenting with indigenous yeast in old French oak, destined to reappear as our premium sparkling w**e in a few years.

Harvesting round two! A light pick of our rare today (early season frost took half the crop) - 300kg today, destined for Tim Wildman and his delicious DRINK THE 🌈 pet nat. The final pick of the season will be in two weeks on the Saturday 26th, DM or email if you would like to join!

Harvesting round 1 complete! Many thanks to all our volunteers (including the many not pictured) who helped us bring in around 1.5 tonnes of destined for **e. Schonburger next Saturday and Seyval Blanc in three weeks - good luck to our fellow over the next few weeks!

Harvesting 2026! We are extending harvesting to Sunday 6th too, picking our , please do get in touch if you are up for a sociable day helping us bring in the bacchus grapes for an exciting new w**e. Lunch provided, and a bottle of w**e to go away with - forecast looks decent at the moment, and we are looking for more volunteers on either this coming Saturday 5th or Sunday 6th, if interested please get in touch though DM or on w**[email protected]

⚠️ HARVESTING ALERT ⚠️ - loads of rain in the last week has dropped the Bacchus acid rapidly, so we will likely be harvesting it next Saturday 5th September.
