Touring Caravan A Frame Cover Repair.
This is an Alco chassis with an ABS plastic frame cover. The damage had been previously repaired using a soldering iron or something similar but not successful.
I've sanded the old soldering iron marks. Used hot staples to hold the parts in place and used white ABS rods on the final welds both inside and outside of the cover. I've ground the weld back so still slightly raised. Some fine grit sand paper will nicely complete the repair.
