I remember I was up a set of ladders and had a paint brush in one hand and a cheese butty in the other!
I kept missing calls from perspective tenants as I just let them go to Voicemail because I didn’t have the time to take their call (or enough hands)
I realised at that point that I needed a property system, not just any system though, I needed something that would not only take care of the houses but also take care of the tenant recruitment process from start to finish.
After researching the internet, I just couldn’t find anything that did this, there were plenty of vanilla type property management platforms but nothing that took care of all elements.
After weeks of searching I decided to build my own! It took me an age, but it worked, I used several 3rd party platforms and linked them all together and this worked really well.
