Open space is an integral part of Laser Surveys, one of the oldest and most successful surveying companies in the Country. In 2015 Laser Surveys outgrew its old Head Office in Leigh; with filing in the upstairs bathroom and the accountant in the cupboard (he liked it). The lack of office space, the internet speed and poor parking facilities were Laser Surveys’ biggest challenges and moving to this new building gave the chance to solve all these problems. Even with further growth and taking on new staff the new building was going to be much too large for just Laser Surveys alone. This is where I came in…. Flashback to December 2014 and I am celebrating Christmas in the Kuwaiti Desert. I receive a phone call with a fantastic opportunity to move back to my home city to start up and develop an exciting business within this new building…. Of course I didn’t need much convincing. I promptly gave my notice and arrived home perfectly in time for completion date. The building was an empty shell when we bought it (and very orange), but with some vision and a few months of work, it was transformed into the modern, fresh, hi-tech facility now on offer. With the completion of the works those challenges that Laser surveys faced were solved and the building is now providing inspiring space, fantastic internet and parking for Laser Surveys AND other local businesses too. Business Environment - As you can see below we have gone all out on design and put a great deal of thought into how users will feel when they enter and use the space. We have taken a light-hearted view to each of the rooms and we hope you agree that they have a spacious and comfortable but business-like feel. Everything you need – All rooms have inbuilt presentation equipment and flip charts. All equipment and technology is included in room hire so running your Meeting/Event couldn’t be easier. All rooms can be designed for you and we have several catering packages to provide delicious breakfasts, light lunches and even expansive luxury buffets. Spaces to suit you - Open Space can cater for all requirements. From 1-to-1 meetings and interviews all the way up to 60 person conferences. Flexible working – Rooms and desks can be booked in advance or even at short notice. Serviced offices – We are looking for businesses to share our space on a more permanent basis. Alongside our meeting rooms and co-working space we also have a limited number of private offices for rent.
