Monty the Magnificent! 🐾

We’re thrilled to share that Monty, our beloved office companion, who recently strutted his stuff at the Madresfield Summer Fete proudly took 2nd place in the ‘Most Handsome Dog’ competition! 🥈🐶

It was a fiercely competitive event, and whilst Monty may not have taken the top spot, he's always number one in our eyes. Just look at that face! 😍

Here he is, looking rather chuffed with his award. Well done, Monty - you're officially Madresfield's second most dashing dog!

Cyber Attack at M&S - A Wake-Up Call for Every Business

Last week, Marks & Spencer revealed it had been hit by a cyber attack, disrupting online orders and affecting parts of its payment systems.

While M&S responded quickly, this incident is a big reminder: no business - no matter how well-known or trusted - is immune from cyber threats.

He did it! Pete Rucinski has completed the Paddle for a Purpose challenge! 💪

On Good Friday, Pete joined a dedicated team of kayakers to take on a gruelling 38-mile paddle in support of Headway – the brain injury association.

After 11 hours on the water, plenty of determination, and a serious test of endurance, the team crossed the finish line – tired, aching, but proud to be raising money for such an incredible cause.

Pete set himself a target of raising £1,000, and he’s now just £50 away from reaching it. If you haven’t donated yet, there’s still time to help him hit that final milestone and support Headway’s life-changing work 💚

Not long to go now until the Good Friday Paddle for a Purpose – and Pete is going all in to get ready!

Recently, our Managing Director, Pete Rucinski, completed an incredible 26-mile training paddle (yes, that’s a full marathon on water). It shows just how much effort is going into this challenge, all to raise money for Headway, a fantastic charity that supports people affected by brain injury.

There's a long way to go to reach Pete's fundraising goal, and he needs a big push from everyone. If you can spare anything at all, please consider donating. Every pound makes a real difference.

Team Social Fun! ⛳

Monday night was one for the books! Our team hit up Mulligan’s for a round of crazy golf, and let’s just say… some of us might need a bit more practice! 🏌️‍♂️ There were trick shots, some accidental hole-in-ones, and a lot of competitive banter along the way.

After all that action, we headed to Burger Shop and Maneki Ramen for some well-earned food -because nothing brings people together like great burgers and steaming bowls of ramen. 🍔🍜

A brilliant night with an even better team - already looking forward to the next one! 🥳

Inspiring the Next Generation of Cybersecurity Experts! 🔐

Last week, our team was out and about for National Careers Week, meeting the future of cybersecurity! 🎓

On Tuesday 4th March, we visited King's Worcester, and on Thursday 6th March, we headed to RGS Worcester, connecting with students eager to explore careers in cybersecurity and digital technology.

It was fantastic to see such enthusiasm and curiosity from the next generation of cyber professionals! From discussing the real-world impact of cybersecurity to sharing insights on career pathways and industry trends, we loved answering their questions and (hopefully!) inspiring a few future cyber experts along the way.

Why does this matter? Cybersecurity is a rapidly growing field, and nurturing young talent is key to closing the skills gap and ensuring the industry remains strong for years to come.

A huge thank you to King’s School Worcester and RGS Worcester for having us – it’s always a privilege to meet and mentor the next wave of digital talent!
