The most common jurisdictional complaint disposed of (as in completed and resolved, not just whacked out) between January to March 2021 as released by the MOJ was ‘Unfair dismissal’ which is a far-reaching term. It's not just about the reasons, it's about HOW a company goes about the dismissal.
All it takes is one employee to be dismissed incorrectly, even with the best reasons behind it, and you risk legal action. And with the average disposal time currently running at 50+ weeks... do you really have time for that?
