‼️IMPORTANT‼️ PLEASE TAKE 2 MIN TO READ. THANK YOU
I have a somewhat limited knowledge of the medications but still a knowledge about PrEP such as Tenofovir, Emtricitabine, TAF, discovery and Truvada. It is the responsibility of door staff to be aware of longterm vital medications on and off the gay scene. More work with training providers NEEDS to be done. No one should be made to feel embarrassed or outcast for the medications they HAVE to take. Security staff are trained to be discreet and to handle instances around medications with respect and dignity. Those that claim they haven't been trained or made aware how to handle these situations are either lying or were trained inadequately. There really is NO EXCUSE for not doing your job properly. I'm not like most door staff (as I'm sure that those who know me from the door will tell you) I don't agree with how most door staff treat people. My opinions on this are unpopular with other door staff and I don't care if they agree with me or not. Just do your job properly and do be a Billy big bo****ks prick. As door staff, you are the 1st person representing that venue that people meet. Make it a good impression.
