Guys, I have a question.
Who decided that if youāre an immigrant, a mum, and youāre on Universal Credit, your dreams should have an expiry date?
Because apparently, at 32, I was supposed to accept my situation and stop dreaming big.
Guess what? I had other plans.
Six years ago, I was a new mum, desperate to give my child a better life.
And trust me, I wasnāt sitting there with a five-year business plan and a personal assistant.
Darling, I was trying to pay my bills!
Then I had this crazy idea. What if I went to university?
At 32!
People told me I had no chance.
No chance? Excuse me, am I applying to university or trying to become the next Queen of England?
Anyway, I got in!
One opportunity led to another, and I became a partner at AVG Education.
Fast-forward to today, my team and I have supported over 37,000 people.
37,000! Guys, thatās not a contact list anymore. Thatās a small town!
And hereās another question.
Who decided women have to choose between being good mothers and being successful?
Iād really like to meet whoever invented that rule.
Because today, Iām helping women grow, earn more, and build a better future.
And if youāre an immigrant in the UK thinking youāre not good enough, darling, listen.
Youāve moved countries, learned another language, survived British weather, and somehow managed to understand Universal Credit.
Youāre practically qualified to run the country!
So, if youāre curious about joining my team, send me a DM. Letās talk.
Six years ago, I was looking for a way out.
Today, Iām helping other women find their way forward.
And if anyone still thinks a cleaner canāt become a leaderā¦
Well, let me introduce myself.
Iām Oana Stoica. From cleaner to leader.
And weāre just getting started.
