Cleaner. Carer. Driver. Construction worker.

These are the roles Eastern Europeans in the UK are most associated with.

And here's what nobody says out loud β€”

Many of the people doing those jobs have degrees.
Speak three languages.
Ran businesses back home.
Have more qualifications than the people managing them.

The problem was never skill.
The problem was access.

Access to recognised qualifications.
Access to the right guidance.
Access to someone who actually believed in them.

That is exactly why AVG Education exists.

We have helped 37,000+ people β€” from 27 nationalities β€” move out of survival jobs and into careers that reflect who they actually are.

Not because they needed to be fixed.
Because they deserved a door that was actually open to them.

Eastern Europeans in the UK are not a low skilled workforce.

They are an underestimated one.

And education is how we change that.

Are you working in a job that doesn't reflect your potential?
Tell me below. No judgment. Just truth. πŸ‘‡πŸŒβ€οΈ

πŸš€ I'm looking to connect with community leaders, business owners, professionals, and well-connected individuals across the UK.

Over the past 8 years, I've seen how education can completely change someone's future.

I arrived in the UK in a low-skilled job. Going back into education gave me new skills, confidence, a professional network, and opportunities I never thought possible.

Today, AVG Education is a multiple award-winning consultancy, established in 2018, trusted by over 37,000 adults and partnered with 55+ universities.

Every day, we speak to hardworking adults who:

β€’ Feel stuck in low-paid jobs
β€’ Want better career opportunities
β€’ Are looking to increase their income
β€’ Want to build a better future for their families

We're now looking for partners who would like to help people access these opportunities.

The model is simple:

βœ”οΈ You introduce people who may benefit
βœ”οΈ Our team handles the entire process
βœ”οΈ You receive a referral reward for successful enrolments

No experience required.
No financial investment.
Flexible around your current career or business.

One introduction can genuinely change someone's future.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect.

Last week, I had the honour of representing AVG Education at the European Parliament, contributing to discussions on integration, education access, and diaspora empowerment across the UK and EU.

These conversations matter. Migrant communities across Europe continue to face barriers to recognised qualifications, career progression and economic participation β€” despite being highly skilled, multilingual and deeply committed to the countries they now call home.

At AVG Education, we've spent the past several years working directly with these communities β€” supporting over 37,000 students from 27 nationalities to access vocational training, professional certifications and career pathways in the UK. We're proud to have been recognised as an award-winning consultancy for three consecutive years.

My own path β€” from starting in the UK in a frontline role to now leading at AVG Education β€” is part of why this work is personal to me. Education was the turning point, and I've seen first-hand the impact the right support can have.

Grateful for the opportunity to bring these conversations to a European platform, and to continue advocating for stronger education access for diaspora communities across the UK and EU.

We were honoured to meet with the Ambassador of El Salvador.

Not for a photo opportunity.
For a conversation that matters.

How do we expand access to education and career development for communities that are often overlooked?

At AVG Education we have been answering that question since 2018.

37,000+ students. 27 nationalities. Award-winning three years in a row.

We presented the pathways, guidance and support we provide to help individuals β€” regardless of background β€” gain qualifications, develop skills and access better careers.

Because we believe education is not a privilege.
It is a right.

We are proud to support not only the Salvadoran community β€” but every community investing in their future through learning.

πŸŽ“ Education opens doors.
πŸš€ Opportunity changes lives.
🌍 Success should be accessible to everyone.

1. That money can be yours. Not his. Not the family's. Yours.
2. That saving is not enough. Money needs to work while you sleep.
3. That asking for a raise is not rude. It is necessary.
4. That your worth is not decided by how little you ask for.
5. That investing is not gambling. It is the difference between surviving and building.
6. That a salary is a starting point. Not a ceiling.
7. That you are allowed to want more. Without explaining why.
8. That financial independence is not selfish. It is survival.
9. That the right qualification changes what you are worth on paper. In this country. Immediately.
10. That nobody is coming to save you financially. And that is actually the best news you will ever hear.

There was no financial education back home.
There was just β€” work hard, spend little, hope for the best.

The UK taught me that hope is not a strategy.
Knowledge is.

I moved here with nothing.
I built everything I have through understanding how this system works.

And now I help other Eastern European women do the same.

If you want to know what your options look like in the UK β€” DM me. Let's talk. πŸ‘‡πŸŒβ€οΈ

I arrived in the UK at 24.

Housekeeping. Reception. Beauty sales.
A business that went bankrupt.
Universal Credit. Divorce. Starting from zero.

And then β€” one decision that changed everything.

Today AVG Education has supported 37,000+ students from 27 nationalities.
Award-winning three years in a row.
5/5 on Trustpilot.
Canary Wharf, London.

I am not sharing this to impress you.

I am sharing this because the people who built this with me
came from exactly where you might be right now.

They were working jobs that didn't reflect their potential.
They were looking for something that felt meaningful.
They found AVG Education β€” and they never looked back.

Our marketing affiliates don't just earn.
They change lives. Every single day.

They help Eastern European immigrants in the UK
understand that education is not a dream.
It is a tool. And it is accessible to them.

If you are:

βœ“ From an Eastern European background
βœ“ Living and working in the UK
βœ“ Looking for a role that combines income with real impact
βœ“ Ready to be part of something bigger than a job

β€” then I want to talk to you.

AVG Education is constantly growing.
And we are always looking for the right people to grow with us.

Not just anyone.
The right ones.

Send me a message. Let's talk. πŸ‘‡

Something I did not expect when we became Main Sponsors of the Romanian GCSE Campaign:

Dr Tessa Dunlop β€” a British historian and academic β€” is one of the most passionate advocates for the Romanian community in the UK that I have ever met.

She is fighting for Romanian children to learn their mother tongue in British schools.

Not because she is Romanian. Because she believes it is right.

If a British academic shows up for our community with that level of dedication β€” the least we can do is show up too.

I used to think Β£1,500 a month
was good money.

I didn't know I was
in survival mode.

The difference between
Β£2,500 and Β£5,000 a month
in the UK is not effort.

It's one qualification.

Which level are you at right now?
Tell me in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸŒ

The difference between Β£2,500 and Β£5,000 a month in the UK is not effort.

I used to think working harder was the answer. I was exhausted and going nowhere.

The people earning double aren't working double the hours. They made one decision earlier β€” the right qualification at the right time.

I was at level 1. I know what it feels like. And I know exactly what changed it.

Are you level 1 or level 2 right now? Tell me in the comments. πŸ‘‡πŸŒβ€οΈ

19/05/2026

Most Eastern European women in the UK are stuck at levels 2 and 3.

Comfortable enough not to panic. Not comfortable enough to grow.

That's the trap. It feels like stability. It's actually a ceiling.

I was at level 1. Β£872 a month. Housekeeping.

The thing that moved me wasn't working harder. It was one qualification that changed what I was worth on paper.

People at level 6 and 7 are not smarter than you. They just understood the system sooner.

Which level are you at right now? πŸ‘‡πŸŒβ€οΈ
