This week the journey ran the other way. Fredrick ate at .uk and added the optional contribution to his own bill, funding a tree for the first time from a restaurant table 🍽️

If you've found your way to their little corner of Mexico on Thayer Street, for the mezcal, the tacos or the churros, you may have spotted a small GiftTrees contribution on your bill. Marc, Bubala's founder, is plating their oyster mushroom skewers, and somewhere across Sub-Saharan Africa there are 150,000 trees that exist partly because of plates like this one. That's the count so far from the small optional contribution on your bill, planted by GiftTrees in agroforestry projects that support farming families with food, income and training. 🍄‍🟫
