From rugby to operations 🏉➡️📦

Meet Oliver Lancaster, our new Director of Operations.
A former semi-pro rugby fly-half, Oliver brings leadership, agility and strategic thinking from the pitch into the workplace. Starting in supply chain and purchasing, he worked his way up to lead operations at Invo Fulfilment.

A key highlight?
Rolling out Microsoft Business Central, helping the business become more efficient, flexible and ready for regulatory change.

Another big win:
Joining the Palletforce network at record speed and now Invo Fulfilment is consistently top of the leaderboard.

For Oliver, success comes down to great people, strong systems, teamwork and a “how can we?” mindset.

👋Meet the colleague: Marco & Jim:

📦 Marco – Shift Lead, Southam
Marco has recently stepped into the Shift Lead role and has seen Fulfilment grow into a fast-paced, 12-hour operation. His day starts with inbound deliveries at 8am, followed by a steady flow of outbound collections ranging from single pallets to full artics.
Outside work, he’s dedicated to the gym at 5:30am six days a week, and enjoys football, gaming and films — especially The Lord of the Rings trilogy. His favourite holiday destination is Florida, which he’s visited twice. If he could swap jobs, he’d love to experience life on the road as one of our drivers.

🚚 Jim – Shift Lead, Southam & Chesterton
Jim has also recently been promoted to Shift Lead, supporting both Southam and Chesterton. He often handles oversized pallets that won’t fit into S2 racking and enjoys the variety that Fulfilment brings — no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, most of his time is spent with his two children, helping at their school and enjoying football, darts, gaming and trips to the cinema. If he could swap roles, he’d choose Scott Sandilands’ job for the travel and customer interaction. His favourite film is The Wolf of Wall Street, and his go-to holiday spot is Spain, where his parents live.

👋 Say hello to Gary, our Head of Invo Fulfilment. Gary loves that his role gives him the chance to meet customers and provide them with tailored storage and transport solutions.

📅 No two days look the same for Gary. From visiting customers to building a pipeline of opportunities, he thrives on the variety that fulfilment brings.

🏉 Outside of work, Gary is a proud dad, a keen rugby fan, and a seasoned runner – having already completed two marathons, with his sights set on a third in 2026!

🍻 In his spare time, you’ll often find Gary socialising, on the rugby pitch, or out for a run. If he could swap jobs with anyone in the business, it would be with Scott Sandilands, recognising Scott’s wealth of industry knowledge and networking skills.

🎬 Gary’s favourite films are the Rocky series, and when it comes to holidays, nothing beats the vibrant culture and sunshine of Cuba.
