Fizzel makes preserves and pickles for curious people who love discovering bold and unexpected flavour combinations. Launched in May 2025 by Vic Watkins, a chef with around 10 years of experience, Fizzel grew from her love of preserving, fermenting and pickling anything she could get her hands on.
Every product is cooked in small batches using traditional preserving techniques, with no artificial preservatives. Recipes are constantly refined and every jar is triple checked to make sure it is consistently delicious.
Fizzel is also completely plastic free, sourcing ingredients and packaging from family run businesses based in Manchester wherever possible. Sustainability is an ongoing journey, and Vic is always looking for new ways to make the business even more environmentally friendly.
From developing recipes and filling jars to selling products and keeping everything running behind the scenes, it is all done with care, curiosity and a genuine love of great food.
