Your CHILD is the most important part of your LIFE:
Do this setting on your children mobile phones please, for safety reasons, its very important, it will take you 5 minutes, but save your children from all the rubbish.
1. Google SafeSearch (blocks explicit results in Google Search)
Go to google.com/preferences (or Settings within the Google app/Chrome)
Tap Settings → General
Turn on SafeSearch / "Filter explicit results"
Save
If it's on a device you don't want changed back, lock it with a Google Family Link account instead of just the toggle, since the toggle can be turned off by anyone with access.
2. YouTube Restricted Mode
Open the YouTube app
Tap your profile picture → Settings → General
Turn on Restricted Mode
Save
Note: Restricted Mode is per-browser/per-app and per-login, it doesn't sync device-wide, so you'd need to repeat this on each browser and each signed-in device.
3. Private DNS with AdGuard Family Protection
This is the strongest layer since it filters at the network level regardless of app or browser.
Android:
Settings → Network & Internet (or Connections on Samsung) → Private DNS
Select Private DNS provider hostname
Enter: family.dns.adguard-dns.com
Tap Save
iOS: Android doesn't support Private DNS the same way iOS does; on iPhone you'd instead download an AdGuard configuration profile from adguard-dns.io, there's no manual hostname field in iOS settings.
Router-level (covers every device on the network): in your router's DNS settings, set:
Primary: 94.140.14.15
Secondary: 94.140.15.16
