Your SEND experience can make a difference where it matters most. 💙

Across SEND services, demand is increasing, teams are facing complex challenges, and organisations need experienced professionals who can step in, make an impact and help create positive change.

That’s why interim SEND roles can be so rewarding.

If you have experience in SEND leadership, transformation, inclusion, education, social care or service improvement, your skills could be exactly what a service needs at a critical point in its journey.

Interim work gives you the opportunity to:
✨ Bring your expertise into services that need it most
✨ Make a tangible difference in a relatively short period of time
✨ Support teams through periods of change and transformation
✨ Take on new challenges and broaden your experience
✨ Build valuable relationships across different organisations and services
✨ Use your knowledge to leave a lasting legacy

Interim SEND professionals aren’t simply filling gaps.

They are bringing experience, stability, fresh thinking and leadership to services — and ultimately helping improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

If you’re an experienced SEND professional considering your next move, an interim opportunity could be your chance to make your expertise count somewhere it is needed most.

Your experience matters. Your knowledge matters. And the difference you can make matters. 💙
