1. Use discernment to know when is a good time to talk on certain things⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Use "I" instead of "YOU always " and "You never" this causes defense⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. No that were all created different and not meant to think alike ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4.Look for solutions this takes the blame of anyone but put energy on the issue.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

These don't come easy but comes with allot of self reflection, . guidance , honesty and internal work.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
