I saw a gap. So I did something about it.
I’ve spent years running GJB Group, and the same complaint comes up wherever I go. People don’t hate their cleaning company because the cleaning’s bad. They hate it because dealing with them is hard work.
Chasing missed cleans. Account managers who’ve never touched a mop. Ringing a call centre to report a problem in your own building. It’s a market full of companies that took a simple thing and made it complicated.
That gap is why I’ve partnered in Bee2B Cleaning, launching now out of Manchester. To be clear, GJB carries on exactly as it is and is doing well. Bee2B is something I’ve added, not a move away. Commercial cleaning and FM built to do the straightforward things properly, for offices, schools, healthcare, and industrial sites across the UK.
I’ll get into the detail over the coming weeks. Today it’s enough to say the gap was real, and Bee2B is what I decided to do about it.
