Titled the cutest employee by our director Jen but the biggest gobsh*te by the rest of the team โฆ introducing our one & only favourite apprentice, Frazer.

Before joining Higher Group, Frazer was at college studying Sport & playing for Altrincham FC academy whilst also working part time at JD as a sales assistant - he really can do it all ๐
๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐ ๐๐ค๐ฉ ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ง๐๐๐ง๐ช๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ฃ๐ฉ
Charlie, being the residential scout he is saw past his badly edited CV (by his own admission) and decided to give him a chance and thank god he did!

Since starting out as an apprentice, Frazer has been promoted 3 times over the past 11 months and is close to securing his hard earned Senior Recruitment Consultant title, with no signs of stopping there ๐๐ผ

If thereโs one thing to know about Frazer itโs that heโs the most competitive person but the biggest sore loser, which is why his highlight of working here is beating at table tennis and watching him cry ๐ (we love to see Eley cry).

His top tips for getting into recruitment are to educate yourself on recruitment, learn the value a business owner looks for in potential hires and prove yourself to the hiring manager why they MUST hire you.
