Simplydevelopment was created to give employees at JD Williams, access to learning and development material at the click of a button. E-learning@simplydevelopment is the next phase in the development of the JD Williams simplydevelopment site. The first phase of the e-learning site has been developed specifically to help all employees gain a better understanding about a current business project called AORTA. As and when you are invited to take part in the e-learning, you will learn in detail about a range of the business processes undertaken in our business. We have engaged with a number of people from a variety of functions to talk about what they do, real people talking about real jobs. Each of the 22 modules has been designed to give an insight into the relevant function or job role, to help you understand what, and perhaps more importantly, how we do the things we do in our business. We hope you will both enjoy and learn a greater understanding of how you could make a difference on a cross-functional basis. In addition to the e-learning ste, simplydevelopment has a wide range of learning material to choose from including information on induction, performance management, management development and behavioural tools to name just a few of the areas available. If you require further information and you work for JD Williams simply click on this link to be taken to the site www.simplydevelopment.org
We'd love to hear from you, especially if you have any thoughts on the e-learning modules, which are your favourites, who look best perhaps, which module most impressed, either way positive or indeed constructive feedback would be most welcome!!
