Mental health is important to us at EDAM, and we believe in supporting our staff in any way we can. This week, we're celebrating Mental Health Awareness Week, and we're encouraging everyone to wear green on May 18th to show support. It's a small gesture, but we believe it sends a powerful message that we stand together in support of mental health.

We're also providing resources for our staff, including tips on coping with anxiety from the Mental Health Foundation, training sessions on managing mental health, and books from our in house Learning Hub Library that promote positive mental health.

We're committed to creating a culture of support and care at EDAM, and we want our staff to know that their mental wellbeing is a top priority.

In March, EDAM Group embarked on a series of initiatives that truly exemplify our commitment to teamwork, community engagement, and inclusion.

Our team kicked off the month by volunteering at The Message Centre, a social enterprise that supports the local community in many ways.

We then took on the challenge of painting our Manchester office, with the senior team leading the way and demonstrating what a team can achieve when we work together.

We also celebrated Neurodiversity Week by encouraging all staff to attend webinar sessions and learn about how we can better support our neurodiverse colleagues and community.

We are proud of the work we've accomplished and grateful for everyone who contributed to these initiatives. Together, we are building a more inclusive and supportive workplace.

Today is , often referred to as the most depressing day of the year. But at EDAM Group, we believe that every day is an opportunity to make a difference and lift each other up. Our Net Promoter Score for October was 82.4, demonstrating world-class satisfaction from our customers! At EDAM we pride ourselves on putting customers first and ensuring they have an effortless journey from start to finish and although our score is something we are very proud of we are going to continue to strive for better!

We've been celebrating Halloween in the EDAM offices with a costume contest, trick-or-treat boxes with some rather gross contents, the best pumpkin contest, and donut bobbing too!

Today EDAM Group is in two places at once, we have Simon Gallimore at the I Love Claims Exclusive Motor Claims Conference. Where he will be taking part in a debate on the ''latest movements within the credit hire market'' and we also have Darren Entwistle chairing the supply chain panel discussion at the CHO Conference joined by a great line-up and discussing ''the challenges in supply from vehicle procurement to challenges in the repair network supply. ''

Today we started our fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Moring a little early, we will be carrying this across tomorrow to ensure that our employees who hybrid work have the opportunity to participate.
