Are you frustrated?

Are you frustrated that you know you are capable of more? But. You have never explored what that might be or even if you can.

Have you always wanted to "DO" something? A Business idea? A dream? An aspiration?

But then comes the "how do I do it and whwre do I even start?

Could this be the first step to change?

You can't work with us if you haven't got a supervisor!

This was said to me back in 2018

Has anyone said something to you that has driven you to do more, become more or make a decision?

Feedback.

I’ve been talking a lot about this recently
and how people genuinely feel when giving it, especially when it’s developmental.

đŸ«Ł It can feel uncomfortable.
đŸ«Ł Awkward.
đŸ«Ł Even avoided.

But here’s the shift

“Feedback isn’t a download.
It’s a dialogue.”

What do people actually say about Coaching with Purpose?

Not the brochure version

The real version.

“I really like the format. It has a great balance of teaching, participation and challenge"

"The practice coaching sessions have been brilliant, and the feedback I received could be implemented instantly."

"It’s worked for me because of the multi-directional approach. There’s a vast amount of knowledge, and we get the opportunity to apply it in real coaching sessions."

"I’ve found it easy to access, easy to navigate, and I like that everything is recorded so I can go back to it when I need to.”

And this is what we aim for.

Not just learning

But learning that you can use immediately.

Practising in real time.
Reflecting in real time.
Growing in real time.

Because coaching isn’t something you understand by reading about it.

It’s something you develop by doing it.

If you’re curious about what the experience might be like for you

Let’s have a conversation.

What would you want from a coaching programme?

“What’s actually involved in gaining a coaching accreditation with 123 People Development?”

A question
 we get asked a lot.

Because from the outside, it can feel:

complicated
time-consuming
a bit overwhelming

So let’s simplify it.

At its core, gaining your accreditation isn’t about ticking boxes.

It’s about developing how you think, listen, and show up.

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

👉 Learning the foundations
You’ll explore coaching models, frameworks, and approaches
Not to memorise
but to understand how to use them in real conversations

👉 Practising
 a lot
This isn’t theory-heavy learning

You’ll coach.
You’ll be coached.
You’ll observe others.

Because coaching is a skill
and skills are built through doing.

👉 Receiving feedback
Supportive, constructive, and honest

Not to catch you out

But to help you see what you can’t yet see yourself.

👉 Reflecting on your own practice
This is where the real growth happens

Understanding:
your patterns
your strengths
your blind spots

👉 Completing your coaching hours
Working with real people, in real conversations

Building confidence, experience, and your own style.

👉 Assessment and accreditation
A chance to demonstrate your learning

Not perfection

But progress, awareness, and capability.

And throughout all of this

You’re supported.

In a safe space.
With people who are on the same journey.
With facilitators who walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

Because gaining accreditation isn’t just about becoming a coach.

It’s about becoming more of who you already are
 with intention.

If you’ve been wondering what’s involved

Hopefully, this gives you a clearer picture.

And if you want to explore whether it’s right for you

Let’s have a conversation.

What part of the process are you most curious about?

“What if I do a coaching course
 and get found out?”

I'm not a “real” coach.

It’s a thought more people have than you’d think.

They don’t always say it

But it’s there.

👉 “What if I can’t do it?”
👉 “What if others are better than me?”
👉 “What if I get exposed?”

And here’s the truth

You probably will feel exposed. At times.

Because good coaching development isn't just about what to do

It invites you to look at:

💭 How you think
💭 How you show up
💭 What you avoid
💭 Where your own patterns sit

And that can feel uncomfortable.

But being “found out” isn’t what people think it is.

You’re not being exposed as a fraud.

You’re being introduced
to yourself. And how cool is that?

And here’s the shift

👉 The coaches who worry about being “found out” are usually the ones who care the most.

They’re not pretending.
They’re not overconfident.

They’re aware. And awareness is where growth starts.

If this thought has ever crossed your mind

You’re not alone.

And you’re probably more ready than you think.

If you want to explore it safely, at your pace

Let’s have a conversation.

What would being “found out” actually mean to you?
