A new generation of workspace for Liverpool.

We produced this collection of marketing CGIs and animated stills for Kier Property’s Pall Mall Gardens- a major new commercial destination at the heart of Liverpool’s business district.

The imagery brings together the architecture, interiors and landscaped public realm, while capturing the atmosphere of a workplace designed around sustainability, wellbeing and a strong sense of place.

Alongside the principal marketing views, we developed animated stills from the CGI assets to introduce subtle movement and create engaging content for websites, presentations and social campaigns.

It’s an approach that allows one carefully constructed visual world to work harder across a property marketing campaign- helping future occupiers, investors and stakeholders understand not only the building, but the experience being created.

It’s often the smaller moments that help sell the bigger lifestyle.

Our vignette CGIs for Edition Birmingham capture the details within its luxury amenity spaces - from the residents’ pool and wellness studio to private dining, co-working and cinema experiences.

With only five apartments remaining across the two towers - well ahead of phase one completing in 2027 and phase two in 2028 - Edition has clearly captured the attention of Birmingham’s residential market.

Vignettes help potential purchasers imagine not simply how a space will look, but how it will feel to live there. They also provide property marketing teams with versatile visual content for social media, digital campaigns, brochures and animation.

From bid to planning to storytelling.

For more than two years, we’ve been working with GRAHAM Group and Sheppard Robson on the University of Manchester’s major Fallowfield Campus redevelopment.

We started with bid CGI for the successful bid.
As the project evolved, our work evolved with it – producing Verified Views and planning CGI, followed by further press and marketing imagery and lifestyle vignettes.

That continuity is important to us.

Being involved early means understanding the architecture, the design intent and the story behind a project – then carrying that knowledge through each stage.

The £530m redevelopment will deliver 3,300 new student rooms and is set to become the world’s largest single-phase Passivhaus-certified student accommodation development.

From communicating the initial ambition, to accurately representing the scheme through planning, to bringing the future student experience to life.

A new gateway to Birmingham 🏙️

Our latest work for Bluecastle Capital - 42 High Street - a landmark 53-storey BTR proposal directly opposite the new HS2 Curzon Street station.

The scheme will deliver 729 new homes, alongside retail and F&B set within a grand colonnade, with 51% of the site dedicated to public realm.

For thousands of people arriving into Birmingham by HS2, this will form part of their first impression of the city – making its architecture, public realm and relationship with the surrounding city particularly important.

Our Studio delivered the complete visualisation package: Verified Views + press/ marketing CGIs, taking the project from the technical accuracy required for planning through to the imagery used to communicate the wider vision.

Great to see the two sides of what we do come together on a project of this scale.

There is a particular kind of Parisian apartment that exists somewhere between history and now.
Where Haussmann bones - ornate ceilings, herringbone parquet, deep panelled walls - meet a sensibility that is entirely contemporary.

Where the past isn’t preserved, but reinterpreted - Eos is that apartment.

From the veined red marble kitchen to the blue marble basin and rolltop bath, to the salon where an ornate ceiling rose presides over a room that feels both timeless and entirely of now - this is interior CGI at the level the design demands.

This is interiors as storytelling - and our brief was to do it justice.

Our Studio worked closely with .studio throughout, studying every surface and light condition to ensure the CGI captured not just the design intent but the texture of the life imagined within it.
