We’re excited to share our latest work for Downing - creating the planning, consultation and marketing CGI for the proposed Nelson Street development in Bristol’s city centre.
The project will transform a brownfield car park into a 12-storey PBSA scheme delivering 331 high-quality student bedrooms alongside active ground-floor uses and public realm improvements.

Manchester City Council and are transforming Wythenshawe Town Centre with the first phase of the plans centred around Civic

We’ve loved working on these CGI with landscape designed by architects Studio and the Culture Hub by Architecture Emporium.

🌿 At the heart of the scheme there will be a new public square, featuring playful “Green Islands” with rain-gardens, planting, seating and nature-based features to bring young people closer to nature.
☕ On the ground floor of the new Culture Hub there will be a vibrant food-hall & café quarter, spilling out onto the square.
🎨 Up on the first floor - flexible creative studios, exhibition & workshop spaces, dance or painting classes - for the local community to use, be inspired and connect.
🎭 And on the second floor – a performance space with rehearsal rooms, changing rooms and studios for budding performers and local talent.

All of this is part of the £500 million transformation of the town centre, including up to 2,000 new homes, net-zero commercial space, and a refreshed high-street for Wythenshawe

We’re excited to see how this project will evolve through design, consultation and delivery, and to support the client in making place-making real for the Wythenshawe community.

Planning secured for Clippers Quay, Salford Quays — a new benchmark in amenity-rich community living.

With Verified Views and Marketing CGI, we’re pleased to have supported CERT in achieving planning approval for Clippers Quay, a 30-storey co-living and residential tower comprising 312 homes — including 171 co-living studios and 141 one- and two-bed apartments — in the vibrant heart of Salford Quays.

At its core, Clippers Quay embraces the growing movement of co-living — designed for those who value connection, flexibility, and shared experiences. Residents enjoy private living spaces complemented by extensive communal amenities that encourage interaction and wellbeing.

The scheme’s highlight is a sky spa spanning the top two floors, giving residents panoramic views across the Quays while they unwind above the city.

The team are excited to see our CGI imagery supporting the planning success of a landmark Manchester scheme.

We helped bring to life two striking interlinked towers, standing at 9 and 23 storeys, which will deliver 737 student beds, 216,000 sq ft of life science space, and a vibrant public realm filled with green space, play areas and cycle routes.

As part of a wider masterplan, the development is set to create 6,000 jobs and £450m+ in benefits, transforming a key site between the city centre, university campus and Manchester Royal Infirmary.

From fitness suites to yoga & spin studios and calming spa spaces, our visuals show how health, balance, and restoration are seamlessly built into everyday living.

At Our Studio, we believe a single image can do more than show a building – it can spark imagination.

For Stopford Park, a major regeneration project in Stockport town centre, we produced a series of vignettes designed to offer a glimpse into what life in this new neighbourhood will feel like.

Rather than showing the whole development at once, these intimate snapshots invite people to picture themselves at home: relaxing in the landscaped art park, working from the restored Grade II-listed Cheers & Smith co-working space, or enjoying the atmosphere of the new public realm.
Vignettes help us go beyond architecture – they’re about storytelling. They allow potential residents, investors, and the wider community to connect emotionally with the vision, offering not just an overview of the masterplan but a lived-in sense of place.

Stopford Park will deliver 442 new homes for sale and rent across three distinctive buildings – Bosden, Torkington, and Lyme – alongside new public green space and vibrant community amenities. Supported by a £9m brownfield grant, construction began in 2023 with completions through 2026.

Our Studio initially worked on the planning cgi and verified views which achieved planning consent: 2022.
We then went on to work closely with Select Property’s sales and marketing team styling and visualising the stunning interior amenity spaces for the CGI, interactive tours and animation which were used as the primary sales tool to sell off-plan when launched: 2023.
