💫 Join us at Portico Library for a free, inspiring one-off comic workshop celebrating Black History Month through creativity, imagination and storytelling.

Children can let their imaginations take over as they design a superhero of their very own. Will your hero be silly or serious, mighty or mischievous, bold or brilliant? The choice is yours!

Hear about Ella Upgraded, an empowering Greater Manchester superhero story, and discover how comics can inspire, motivate and bring incredible characters to life.

No need to book ahead, and all materials are provided — just bring your imagination!
