Absolutely loving looking through my socials feed at this time of year at some of my family and friends Leavers celebrations as their children transition from one school year to another.

It brings back many memories - including the very reason I set up my business in the first place.

At the NW VA Conference back in June (cue the sparkly glasses 🤓) I was reflecting back on how the freelance flexibility to create my own hours for the last seven years has allowed me to be present for both my clients and my loved ones throughout many summer holidays. 💗
