1. Reception
• Answering telephone
• Dealing with General Enquires
• Directing enquires to relevant person.
2. Maintain Customer Information
• Customer information forms
• Product specifications forms
• Create Customer Portfolio
3. Calendar Management
• Maintenance
• Servicing
• Training
4. Paperwork
• Creating and printing POD/WTN/Consignment Notes
• Filing
• Maintaining Form Data
5. Ordering
6. Booking In
7. Returns administration
• Populating spreadsheets
• Filing
8. ISO Administration
9. Recruitment Administration
HOURS - 20 hours per week (4 hours per day between the hours of 9am - 3pm)
