It's very easy to feel like you need ALL the platforms everyone else is using in your business...

👉🏻 The booking tool.
👉🏻 The contract tool.
👉🏻 The invoicing tool.
👉🏻 The form tool.
👉🏻 The subscription tool

And before you know it, you're logging into five different places just to onboard one client. 🫣

But with Dubsado, you can bring a huge part of your client journey together in one place.

Appointments, contracts, forms, invoices, payments, workflows... 👩🏻‍💻✨

And honestly? You might already have Dubsado sitting there while still paying for (and using) half a dozen other platforms alongside it.

But if you DON'T have Dubsado yet and you've been thinking about bringing more of your client journey under one roof... now's a pretty good time to do it. 👀

You can currently save 40% on your first year, which means you can get started without adding another full-price subscription to the list.

You don't need to use everything everyone else uses.
You just need the right setup for your business. 👩🏻‍💻🧡

Hit the link to check out the sale and save!

There's a few reasons people are sometimes scared to invest in things that are designed to support us.

💸 Sometimes it's the money.
💭 Sometimes it's the "but what if I don't use it enough?" thought.
❌️ And sometimes we convince ourselves we'll wait until we really need it.

It's like these things become a last resort when really... they should have been brought in much earlier!

Because the right support shouldn't just be there to help you clean up the mess when things become overwhelming.

It can stop the mess building up in the first place. 😂

And honestly? Dubsado is one of those platforms that, for me, is an absolute no-brainer if you're serving clients 1:1.

Their Starter plan is a great place to begin your Dubsado journey and start looking at how you can streamline your customer journey.

And right now is a pretty good time to do it because their September Sale is on! 👀✨

You can currently save 40% on your first year, so if Dubsado has been on your "I'll look at that eventually" list...

Now might be the time. 😜

The other week I had a call with the wonderful Claire Tavernor 🧡✨⁣

Claire is both my client and my own somatic coach - she's been dyinggg to get her hands on my 'stuff' but I've always resisted. ⁣

Not because I didn't trust her... but because I couldn't work out how I'd switch off from holding space for her and let her hold space for me instead. 🤷🏻‍♀️⁣

We're about 5 sessions in already and I love how I just bring my 's**t' and she does what needs to be done to either clear it, get me more clarity or help me formulate my thoughts a little better. ⁣

Last week we worked on some limiting beliefs I didn't realise I had and helped me formulated some 'mantras'. 🧠🗨️⁣

I've never been able to connect to mantras if I'm honest - I've googled them, I've chatgpt'd them, I even have some on a vision board and while some I absolutely resonate with, I've always taken them from elsewhere. ⁣

Someone else’s vision, or just because I saw them in a magazine and they sounded cuteee!💞⁣

Never truly from my own 'stuff'.⁣

Until this week when we worked through some bits and came up with a more positive belief to a few things I have been struggling with.. ⁣

👉🏻 "I have to have reward to feel good” ~ "I can feel good without reward."⁣

👉🏻 "Working on my own stuff will take away my flexibility.” ~ “Working on my own stuff brings me flexibility."⁣

I’ve reflected back over our session and have a few more that I’m most definitely going to get on a post it note on the wall above my computer!⁣

We don’t just talk strategy... we make decisions and take action!⁣

In a recent 121, my client wanted to sort through all of her community spaces, so we went through them one by one and made the decisions together, live on the call. 👩🏻‍💻✨⁣

What needs to stay?⁣
What needs to go?⁣

Decision made. Move on. Next thing 🔄⁣

There was no back-and-forth WhatsApp conversation afterwards that would inevitably get pinned to review at some point in the future.⁣

No emails to send, or list of decisions to go away and make later.⁣

We just made the decisions and got on with the next thing 📝✅⁣

And I think that’s an important part of strategy that can get missed.⁣

You can spend a lot of time talking through your options, but having someone there to help you make the decisions means you can actually move forward.⁣

That call wasn't just strategy.⁣
It was strategy AND action 🙌🏻⁣

My September Business Breakthrough 121 sessions are now open for booking.⁣

“As soon as you said that, my nervous system felt better.” 🧡✨⁣

My client’s spreadsheet had three jobs stacked into one:⁣

1️⃣ Research the details⁣
2️⃣ Add the details⁣
3️⃣ Use the details⁣

So every time she opened it, her brain was basically being told she needed to do all three things. (No wonder she was avoiding it!)⁣

So we split it, and made the decision that someone else adds and researches. Then the only thing my client needs to do is go into it to use what's there.⁣

How much simpler is that?! 😂⁣

And honestly, I do this to myself ALL the time...⁣

I'll give myself three reasons I need to open something and quite happily find three reasons not to 🫣 ⁣

Because the more jobs, decisions and expectations we attach to one thing, the more effort it can feel like just to start.⁣

So if there’s something you keep avoiding, maybe the question isn’t ⁣
❌“Why can’t I just get this done?”⁣

Maybe it’s⁣
✅“How many jobs have I actually attached to this one thing?” ⁣

Fewer jobs = less friction + a happier nervous system! ⁣

Three things I unlocked for my client in one session…⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨ Permission to stop chasing the “prettier” email format and find a rhythm she can actually sustain.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨ A clear green light for cold outreach, with enough direction to stop the overthinking.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✨ Two unnecessary intake steps removed from her onboarding process.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
And I love this because none of these things required her to work harder.⁣⁣
(Actually, quite the opposite 😜)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
We removed a few of those little decisions that were quietly taking up time, energy and brain space.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Because sometimes you don't need another strategy, another system or another thing to add to your list ❌📝⁣⁣
⁣⁣
You just need someone to look at what you're doing and say...⁣⁣
⁣⁣
“You can stop doing that.” or “Yes. Do that! Here’s how.”⁣⁣
⁣⁣
That’s the kind of strategy I love 🧡 and I’ve capacity for 121 coaching intensives in September if you want to see how this kind of thing could work for you too.⁣⁣

A client told me she hates the words “batching” and “consistency”.⁣
(And honestly... so do I! 🙋🏻‍♀️😂)⁣

Because somewhere along the way, they stopped being strategies and started being treated like moral virtues.⁣

👉🏻 You’re “good” at business if you batch.⁣
👉🏻 You’re “consistent” if you show up every week.⁣

But tell an ADHD brain to send an email every single Tuesday and then life happens one week…⁣

You don’t think:⁣
“Fair enough. That was a lot. I’ll pick it up next week.”⁣

You think:⁣
“See? I knew I couldn’t be consistent.”⁣

And suddenly a strategy that was supposed to help you is being used as evidence against you 🙄😩⁣

The fix isn’t necessarily to try harder. ⁣
It’s to choose a rhythm you can actually sustain!⁣

Weekly. Fortnightly. Monthly. Whatever survives contact with your brain, your business and your actual life.⁣

⬆️ That IS consistency ⬆️⁣

You don’t need to become someone else to build a successful business.⁣

You need a strategy that works with the person you actually are 🧠🧡⁣

24/08/2026

You don't need a big audience to be busy.⁣

You need the right handful of people paying attention.⁣

👉🏻 The ones opening your emails.⁣
👉🏻 Watching your stories.⁣
👉🏻 Reading your posts.⁣
👉🏻 And quietly thinking, "Actually... I think she might be the person I need." ⁣

Because you can spend all day chasing reach, followers and bigger numbers...⁣

Or you can make sure that when the right person is ready to buy, there's somewhere for them to go. 👩🏻‍💻😍⁣

A clear next step. A clear offer. A clear way to work with you.⁣

That's the bit I think gets missed when we're constantly being told we need to "grow our audience" 📈⁣

More people seeing you isn't automatically more people buying from you.⁣

So stop chasing numbers for the sake of numbers.⁣

And start paying attention to the people who are already showing you they're interested 🧡✨⁣

'Would you rather scare them off at that point or bring them on and have them take the p**s?' 🤔💭⁣⁣That was the BIG quest...
21/08/2026

'Would you rather scare them off at that point or bring them on and have them take the p**s?' 🤔💭⁣

That was the BIG question.⁣

Because my client was so worried that handing someone a proper agreement would scare them off before they'd even started. (And I get it 💁🏻‍♀️)⁣

When you really want the client, the contract, the boundary, the price increase or the awkward conversation can suddenly feel like a risk.⁣

❓ What if they say no?⁣
❓ What if they think I'm difficult?⁣
❓What if they go somewhere else?⁣

But here's the bit we don't always stop to think about...⁣

What has not sending it already cost you?⁣

Because sometimes we're so focused on the possibility of losing someone that we completely overlook what happens if we keep them on terms that don't work for us. 📝⁣

The client who takes the p**s.⁣
The work that creeps beyond what you agreed.⁣
The boundary you keep having to defend.⁣
The resentment that builds because you were too worried about being "difficult" in the first place.⁣

I'd put money on that costing you more than the thing you're scared of 💸💰⁣

So if there's a contract, a boundary, a price or a conversation you've been sitting on because it might scare someone off...⁣

Maybe that's exactly the thing you need to send this week. 🧡⁣

Sometimes the hardest part of being diagnosed later in life isn't the diagnosis itself.⁣

It's realising just how many years you spent believing the wrong story about yourself 📖😩⁣

So no, I don't think this debate about whether ADHD is 'real' is remotely helpful.⁣

For some of us, it's not even a debate anymore. We have the diagnosis.⁣

For a lot of others, though, it'll just confirm what they've been thinking for most of their life and dredge up every reason they never felt able to ask for help. ❌🙋🏻‍♀️⁣

And that matters. Because the diagnosis isn't actually the hard part. It's the years spent talking yourself out of looking for it. ⁣
