Look out for glimmers. ☺️

They’re the opposite of triggers.

Glimmers are those little moments in the day that make you smile feel happy, connected or just a bit more calmer.

Your first cuppa and laugh with a friend before the work starts.
Recieving a compliment.
Giving a compliment!
Sunshine appearing on your desk after rain.
Sofa, PJs and Netflix when you get home.

Tiny moments. But they shift something.
Apparently, the more you notice glimmers, the more your brain starts looking for them.
And with how busy life feels sometimes, that feels like a good thing to take into a Monday. ✨

How do you make sure a new process actually lands…
especially with a global team?

Last week we delivered three StudioStream sessions for ACCA across different time zones. Instead of talking at people, we brought the change to life through actor-led scenarios, live polling, and open discussion. So people didn’t just hear the change… they experienced it.

When people can see it, test it, and talk it through, understanding goes up.
And more importantly… confidence does too. 🙌

And the feedback reflected real understanding.
