September has been a month full of brilliant people, inspiring stories and plenty of reasons to celebrate. ❤️ Here are some of our highlights:

🌟 Spotlighting our August MVPs – a big thank you to Ashling Walker, Oberon Simpson and Abigail Wescott for their unwavering support and positivity, and unrivalled knowledge.

🎉 Celebrating 10 years of Viona McCormack – we loved marking a decade of her contribution, expertise and the relationships she’s built with so many of our clients and colleagues.

🌱 Sharing Kim Roberts’ story – from a difficult period of cancer treatment to finding her dream smallholding, it’s a wonderfully personal story about resilience, new beginnings and following a dream.

📍 Introducing Jackie Crawford – Jackie is strengthening our support above the border, bringing her wealth of legal accounting, compliance and LEAP expertise to Scotland.

🤝 Spending time together – staff members had the chance to get out and about, meet new people, reconnect with old colleagues and gather ideas at events including PropelX and the ALPMA Summit.

💬 Hearing from our clients – we were delighted to share Hansen Law Office’s experience of LEAP training and the difference it’s made to their team.

❤️ Our team is reflecting on a memorable few days at the ALPMA Summit 2026.

It was a great opportunity to catch up with old colleagues, meet new people and spend valuable face-to-face time with partners – something that feels increasingly special in a world of Zoom and Teams meetings.

There were plenty of conversations about legal technology and support services, and we came away with plenty of ideas around future law firm needs from .

And, of course, we couldn’t leave out Piet’s unforgettable interpretation of the 80s-themed event… 😂

🌱 This is what we love about Team Jayva – the people who make it what it is.

Behind the projects, meetings and day-to-day work are real people with their own stories and passions. And we love being able to celebrate those with them. One of these people is Kim Roberts, who’s recently made a pretty incredible dream come true.

After facing bowel cancer and a long road to recovery, Kim and her husband have moved to their dream smallholding, Windy Ridge. There are 10.5 acres to explore, 15 stables and plenty of plans for renovating the old cottage.

Kim’s story is about much more than finding a new home. It’s about resilience, second chances and making the most of life when an unexpected opportunity comes along.

We’re so pleased to see Kim living out this next phase – and we enjoy sharing news about the people behind and the lives and adventures that make each of them who they are. ❤️

🎉 10 years of Viona McCormack!

Some milestones deserve a proper celebration – and we couldn’t let Viona’s ten-year anniversary pass without one.

Viona is our longest-serving employee, and over the past decade she’s become such an important part of the . She’s supported countless law firms, shared her knowledge with the team, grown enormously in confidence and expertise, and built the kind of client relationships that mean people come back asking specifically for “our Vee”. 🤗

But what makes this milestone especially special is that, for many of us, Viona has been part of our lives for much longer than ten years. Some have known her for 25 years! So, we’re also celebrating many years of friendship, laughter, good times and everything in between.

During LEAP template training with , Robert took the time to understand how the team works, listen to their challenges and explore where could make their processes easier. His support went beyond templates, giving the new ideas and confidence to keep looking for ways to improve their day-to-day work.

Behind every project and happy client is a team of talented people – and August has given us plenty of reasons to celebrate ours. ❤️ This month, we’ve been sharing some of the expertise and hard work that happens behind the scenes at , including:

🌟 Looking back at our July MVPs, Leanne Pearson and Patrick Maloney, and recognising the fantastic support they give to their colleagues and clients.
