Following our latest research into pay transparency, it’s clear the conversation around fair and open pay is becoming a major priority for UK employers.
Our findings show that 72% of UK employees now see pay transparency as important or very important when deciding whether to stay with or join an organisation. At the same time, many employers are still facing challenges around communicating pay clearly and building trust through transparency.
