๐Ÿ“† Last week I asked people to complete a poll which asked if you discussed pricing up front at enquiry stage โ“

โœ… 16 people responded so far and 93% of those do discuss pricing upfront

โœ… Do I agree with this approach โ“

โœ… Yes, especially how we as consumers buy services now compared to 10 years ago

โœ… Focus on your value and your charging model is much easier to be confident about

Why โ“

It follows this model:

1๏ธโƒฃ Like - Being approachable and upfront about pricing in my opinion, makes your brand relatable. People appreciate openness

2๏ธโƒฃ Know - Sharing pricing builds understanding of the value of your services, setting expectations and clients feeling informed

3๏ธโƒฃ Trust - Price transparency signals honestly and confidence in your value, reinforcing trust with no hidden surprises

๐Ÿ—๏ธ These are all key part of a buyers journey where emotional decisions are involved. The same as when your are networking to build referral partners.

It doesn't happen after one conversation you have to build on the 3 key points above ๐Ÿ‘†

Lets move towards the world we live in now, there are already comparison sites out there for Consumers to search for Care Providers that supply leads to businesses and discuss price.

My opinion is, your value is the number one focus when speaking to families who are in one of the toughest stages of their life ๐Ÿ‘‡

People will be able to compare hundreds of Care Companies, so how you going to stand out โ“
