🌟 Recognition Award 🌟

We are delighted to celebrate Wisdom Archibong, following not one, but two separate occasions of outstanding customer feedback received by our valued client, Northern .

The feedback highlighted Wisdom's exceptional customer service and commitment to helping members of the public, demonstrating the professionalism and dedication that our teams bring to their roles every day.

To show our appreciation, our Operations Director, Liam Griffiths, travelled north to personally present Wisdom with one of our recognition awards. In a further testament to his commitment, Wisdom came in on his day off to receive the award, joined by 10 colleagues who celebrated alongside him before beginning their deployment at Sunderland Station for Radio 1's Big Weekend.

Liam commented:

"The whole team collectively delivers an exceptional service in what can often be a difficult and challenging environment. They remain focused on safety and customer service at all times, and the feedback received is a reflection of their dedication and professionalism."

At our company, feedback is incredibly important to us. Positive comments from the public reinforce the difference our people make every day and highlight the extra mile they are willing to go for passengers and customers alike.

Please remeber to allow extra time for your journey as public transport is expected to be very busy throughout the event.

Officers will be present at Sunderland station to help keep everyone safe and support passengers travelling through the station.

We had a great day, attending The Security Event (TSE) and connecting with so many professionals across the industry - plus we bumped into the only and only BEAST.

It was a fantastic opportunity to network, catch up with past and current suppliers, and meet potential new partners who are driving innovation in security solutions.

Events like these are invaluable for sharing ideas, strengthening relationships, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.

On the eve of the Paris Marathon, Mick Sewell is carbo-loading like a champion and quite possibly questioning every life choice that led to 26.2 miles around Paris… all in the name of a brilliant cause — Prostate Cancer UK.

We’re all behind you, Mick — every blister, every mile, and every step past each historic landmark. 🇫🇷🏃‍♂️

Joking aside, Mick is taking on this huge challenge to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, supporting vital research and helping men and families affected by prostate cancer, something very close to Micks heart, having been diagnosed himself.

🌟 DAVID CELEBRATES 30 YEAR SERVICE WITH Maybank Security 🌟

Our Operations Director Liam Griffiths had the honour this week to present our exceptional officer David Cooke with his 30 year service award. David started on the 1st April 1996 as a retail security officer on our Aldi UK contract and in 2019 progressed to our Toolstation UK contract at there Middleton DC.

Liam speaks very highly about David and often reminisces about their working relationship now exceeding 27 years, even working together, in the 'old days' .

David there is no words to express our gratitude to your loyalty, dedication and professionalism over the past 30 years and we look forward to many more years to come.

David is a passionate steam engine enthusiast, but this time he'll be the one at the controls, driving the engine himself. We hope you enjoy your gift.

Not only have we retained our Approved Contractor Status, but we’ve also improved on last year’s score by an impressive 7 points (subject to SIA approval) — keeping us firmly positioned as a ACS Pacesetters , within the top 15% of security guarding companies.
