📱 The Pulse app just got a big update!
We've listened to the most common bit of feedback we get about the app: "I can't see what I've already entered." So we've fixed that, and a few other things along the way.
See everything at a glance
Every screen in the app, from Expenses and Income to Mileage, Shop Sales and Gift Vouchers, now opens on a list of your entries, newest first, with a search box at the top. Tap the + button to add something new.
Edit and delete on the go...
Spotted a typo, or entered something twice? Tap the entry, make the change and save. No more waiting until you're back at a laptop.
Receipts, sorted!
When you edit an expense that already has a receipt, you can view it or replace the photo straight from your phone.
Franchise Accounts, simplified
There's now a single Franchise Accounts screen, using weekly summaries by default. Weekly is the option we recommend, because each group carries its actual date, which matters for Making Tax Digital and VAT. If you'd rather keep using monthly, tap the cog and switch. The app remembers your choice.

🐶 Meet Scout
Our little accounting assistant is now available to all members. Scout can check your expenses for duplicates, flag anything unusual, summarise your mileage and give you a quick estimate of your tax. Scout is a helper rather than an accountant, so always double-check against your own records.
🪙 Coin Stacker
A new game in the app. Stack the coins, beat your high score, and don't blame us when your break runs long...
