Meet Seb Kitson, Distribution Centre Supervisor at RISCO UK&I.

Seb and the team at our UK Distribution Centre work behind the scenes to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately, packed securely and dispatched efficiently. Their work plays an important part in helping installers receive the products they need, avoid unnecessary delays and keep upcoming installations on schedule.

For Seb, one of the best parts of the job is the people he works alongside.

Today we welcomed the team from to the RISCO Innovation Suite for a hands-on training session with our UK team.

Danny Large and Ethan Rickett spent the day working across the RISCO range, including RISCO Cloud, the LightSYS+ hybrid security system and smart home technologies, as Arena continues to expand its security offering for residential and commercial customers. Arena has been protecting customers for more than 50 years, and its growing Alarm Division brings together alarm systems, CCTV, monitoring and ongoing support.

The session was delivered by David Berry, alongside Mark Ward, combining practical product training with the knowledge needed to specify, install and support RISCO solutions confidently.

Great to have Danny and Ethan with us, and another opportunity to put our multiple PSI Magazine Award-winning installer training programme into practice.

As Customer Service Executive, Lisa supports installers with the day-to-day enquiries, orders and challenges that keep their businesses moving.

We’re proud to share that RISCO has won the Manufacturer/Distributor Training Award at the PSI Magazine Premier Awards 2026. A big THANK YOU to all the security professionals who voted for us.

Training is a key part of how we support our customers, whether through online learning on RISCO University, on-site sessions at installer premises, or hands-on training at our Innovation Suite.
