There’s no escaping the fact that to sell your products or services, you need to engage with your potential clients. But this can take many forms. This month at we’re looking specifically at ‘The Art of Networking’.

It’s not just face-to-face networking anymore, there’s also a huge rise in online networking. But which method is best? What works for one person, may not work for another. It is often down to your personality and your perception of what you expect to achieve, that shapes your networking results.

Together we’ll be looking at:
- What type of networker you are
- Which networking events suit your personality
- Managing your networking expectations
- How to network more effectively
- Self-motivation to succeed at networking
Plus, a whole load of tips and tricks along the way!

Whether or not you're an experienced networker or just beginning your journey, we’re shedding light on what some to believe is a dark art. Which it certainly is not.

We are conditioned to believe that clever, successful people multitask. Yet research shows that it takes twenty-five minutes to recover from an interruption. Plus, it also shows us that multitasking actually slows you down.

So how do we become more efficient?

That’s the question which Alan Hyams from MRW Corporate Solutions will be sharing with us during the interactive learning session part of our Networking & Learning Event.

Join us next Friday, 8 April, at the Best Western Cresta Court Hotel!

The meeting point is at the Knutsford entrance to Tatton Park. There are various car parks in Knutsford you can use. Alternatively, there is free parking on Hillside Road off Drury Lane. This month with is about "Winning with your Website: How to create a website with maximum impact".

Your website is the foundation for all your digital marketing, but are you making the most of it? When we talk about digital marketing, most business owners think about social media or paid ads. These are the hooks to grab a client’s attention, whereas your website is the mechanism that converts visitors into paying clients. It’s the hub that connects all the elements of your digital marketing strategy.

This month, Roz Healey from Beech Web Services shows how to harness the power of an essential business tool – your website - and how to use it to increase your bottom line.
