Demos HR Solutions With over 15 years’ experience working in various industries across all disciplines of Human Resources. And that something is me.

Like many other HR Consultants, I have all the experience, qualifications and skills you’d expect from someone who has over 15 years experience of working for well-respected brands, across multiple sectors and markets. But when I started my consultancy in 2016, I did it because I knew I could be different and that I could offer something different. I’m unique because while I consider myself a HR p

rofessional first, I’m a business person a very close second; with all the commercial acumen and knowledge to understand that getting things done quickly and efficiently is just as important as making sure it’s done in the right way, with people always put first. I understand how, for some, people management can seem a daunting challenge and with all the other pressures of running a business it can drop down the priority list. But with strong interpersonal skills I enjoy working in partnership with business leaders to really understand the business and its key drivers, and work to provide practical tailored solutions which link people solutions to the goals of the business. Whilst ensuring these are always within legal and procedural frameworks I take a pragmatic approach …. I’m based in Manchester, but have the flexibility to work across the UK and Europe – it’s down to your needs and requirements. There’s not much I don’t love about what I do; so regardless of whether it’s setting up a new HR function and strategy, or just some day-to-day help with a specific HR situation, just get in touch.
