Local interviews in Eastbourne & Brighton will be at the Britannia Cavendish Hotel Eastbourne & The Grand Hotel, Brighton in June 2026 for those living in the South of England, dates yet to to be confirmed. Please express your interest so we can personally invite you along to meet us.

Am sat with my old mate, chef & baker Ken Stephens up in Blackpool enjoying a pint together. He is available for Relief work as a very strong pair of hands at a minimum of £20 per hour depending on what other skills he needs to utilise to assist you.
