We’re incredibly proud to announce that we’ve been named number 6 at the Inclusive Top 50 Employer (IT50) awards with

Over the past year, people from across our business have come together to help us take the next step in our inclusion journey. We've made great progress through our Inclusive Culture Development Programmes, recruitment processes, and people policies. We’ve also seen our fantastic employee networks continue to raise awareness and celebrate colleagues across the business.

We want to applaud the people and groups that have dedicated so much time to making this happen: our People & Culture team, Employee Networks, and community and charity partnerships.

While we know there’s still more work to do, we’re proud to celebrate our place in the IT50. Congratulations to all the other participating organisations for their dedication and hard work—it’s inspiring to see all the progress being made.

🚀 Meet Mohini, one of our Senior Digital Marketing Managers 🌟

Since joining us in 2019 as a Senior PPC Executive, Mohini's role has evolved considerably. She now leads our affiliate program and shapes our Paid YouTube strategy to enhance Auto Trader's brand presence. Now, her focus is on crafting strategic goals for our paid activities.
